Small fixes for problems brought to my attention

barbwasp now does damage to your base
barbs from barbwasp have had a big buff so now they half your insects range

shifter wasp ability nerf, dosent heal as much or go as fast and ability activates less frequently

some achievements can now be unlocked in infestation mode, they are marked in game

lightning bug buff more damage and its damage counts as base damage

there is now a brief delay when items appear to prevent missclicks

spelling and grammar corrections

And finnaly the new capacitor item which increases your insects dps equal to your energy required to reach max capacity. (this makes battery more useful as more capacity means more damage)
